Due to the international cocoa shortage, we are currently unable to purchase cocoa powder in bulk from our normal supplier, or at a price that we can afford from any other supplier that we have found. What we have listed is what we have, and we won't be able to make more Honey Cocoa until (likely) early summer.

Do you sip or spread? Whether spread on a croissant or made into a luxurious, sustainable cup of hot chocolate, our Honey Cocoa is simple and delicious, with only 3 ingredients: Local Washington honey, organic fairtrade cocoa powder, and water (without the water, it's a brick).

Peter, our primary beekeeper, dreamed up this treat and tested it for over a year. The pre-mixing of the honey and cocoa (not an easy process!) makes the mix melt beautifully into warm milk, something the individual ingredients don’t do well!

For hot chocolate: Take a spoonful of our honey hot cocoa mix and mix it with warm milk (of your choice) and you have a warm treat. Just Western Washington local raw honey, fair-trade organic cocoa powder, and a little water and salt. Simple and scrumptious.

Makes 18 8 oz servings, depending on how rich you make your cocoa!
