Orasella designs cherries to accompany the cocktails they garnish. Our maraschino cocktail cherries are custom made for bourbon and whiskey cocktails and pair with such classics as an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Whiskey Sour.
Orasella was founded on a passion for preserving the Italian recipe for maraschino cherries. We flavor our premium dark sweet cherries with maraschino liqueur in the centuries-old tradition. Our products are always dye and preservative free.
Botanical Cocktail Cherries
Our botanical cocktail cherries are custom made for gin and vodka cocktails and pair with such classic cocktails as a Last Word, Aviation, or a Tom Collins. Orasella botanical cherries are crafted with premium Washington State dark tart cherries, double gold winning, Norden Aquavit, hibiscus and lime.
Tiki Cocktail Cherries
Our tiki cherries are custom made for rum cocktails. They pair with such classic cocktails as a Mai Tai, Piña Colada, Jungle Bird or Three Dots and a Dash. Orasella tiki cherries are crafted with premium Washington State dark tart cherries, dark overproof rum, demerara sugar and warming spices.
We are a family-run business bringing you ultra local honey that is raw and unfiltered. Our hives are located throughout the Puget Sound region.
When there's a honey we need for you that we can't produce ourselves, we source it directly from other responsible local beekeepers.
