It’s back for 2025!
Crafted by our bees foraging the vibrant fireweed blossoms in the Cascade Mountain foothills around Seattle. We moved our hives to two new locations this year with almost only fireweed blossoms, so the honey is SO light!! This highly sought after honey is light, mild, and sweet; an absolute favorite.
Bees forage in one of two areas: the foothills around Snoqualmie Falls or Skykomish, WA. We bring our hives up to higher elevations to find fields full of native fireweed blossoms from either a recent fire or clear cut.
We are a family-run business bringing you ultra local honey that is raw and unfiltered. This is as close to straight from the backyard hive as you can get! All our honey is from the Seattle area and extracted and bottled in our workshop in the North City neighborhood of Shoreline.
