A tasty, easy, and sustainable cup of hot cocoa is here! Take a spoonful of our honey hot cocoa mix and mix it with warm milk (of your choice) and you have a warm treat. Just Western Washington local raw honey, fair-trade organic cocoa powder, and a little water and salt. Simple and scrumptious.
Peter, our primary beekeeper, dreamed up this treat and tested it for over a year. The pre-mixing of the honey and cocoa (not an easy process!) makes the mix melt beautifully into warm milk, something the individual ingredients don’t do well!
Makes 18 8 oz servings, depending on how rich you make your cocoa!
We are a family-run business bringing you ultra local honey that is raw and unfiltered. Our hives are located throughout the Puget Sound region.
When there's a honey we need for you that we can't produce ourselves, we source it directly from other responsible local beekeepers.
