Fruit and cookies dipped in Honey Cocoa fondue

Honey Cocoa Fondue

Had enough hot cocoa and mochas, but still need a chocolate fix as Valentine's Day is approaching? We've got you covered with this super simple Honey Cocoa Fondue recipe.

Remember, our Honey Cocoa only has 3 ingredients (honey, cocoa powder, and water). We're only adding one extra ingredient (cream), so this fondue is about as pure and unadulterated as you can get!

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Honey Cocoa
  • 1/8 cup Heavy Cream (I like the little bit of extra creaminess, but you can make without if you want to avoid the dairy, or substitute a nondairy milk option)
  • Fruit and/or baked goods to dip!

Instructions:

Microwave: Using a spatula, scoop the Honey Cocoa into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Add 1/8 cup heavy cream, and mix thoroughly. Microwave for another 30 seconds, and mix one last time.

Stovetop: Using a spatula, scoop the Honey Cocoa into a small saucepan. Heat on stove over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Once warmed, add 1/8 cup heavy cream, and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Transfer to warmed serving bowl.

That's it! Dip your dippers and enjoy a decadent dessert. Honey Cocoa fondue will remain fairly loose even as it cools, but it can be kept warm with a fondue stand if desired.
